I was driving by the James Scott Fountain today and I noticed that it is covered in rust [[in the areas where the water comes out at) and it looks pretty bad. Has anybody else noticed that? Does anyone know what happened to the fountain [[I guess it probably has to do with the pipes) and if anything is being done to fix it? Just a few months ago [[before they turned the water on) it was still white and beautiful and now seemingly out of nowhere it has turned brown.
