I lived at 2 Sycamore Lane in GP - we put in a boat hoist, but had to have permission from the Corps of Army Engineers before doing so. The subsequent owners took it out.
There was a special, I believe with Mort Crim, that went though Rose Terrace before it was demolished. I recall, in particular, the organ that was hidden in the walls. I believe this was in 1976.
