Minnesota teams and Miami are the only two I can think of. I think Phoenix as well. Also I was downtown yesterday and two of the towers appeared to still be standing but part demolished.
Nope won't work and we don't have a need for another stadium. If the Pistons ever do move back downtown it'll be in the Wings new arena.
Will this be going in Chadsey's old location? Southwestern is a mess.
I would pay top dollar to have that view outside of my apartment window.
I love the renderings but they are just that at this point. Pretty positive energy for a dead area of Detroit. My only question is, Ilitch is 85 years old, will he be here to see the end result?
Speaking of Ilitch giving up land I've been hoping for years that he would give up the wasteland behind the Fox, what is ever going to happen with that area now that we know that his new hockey arena...
Most of the D-Dot routes I've seen have had full buses or mostly full especially on the Route 53.

Basically anywhere off the beaten path is pretty dangerous in Detroit. I would have to say that the most dangerous area if I am looking at one area is the area off of the Chrysler between 6 and 8...
I wonder if this is to get people to support the new Red Wings arena project.
It looks to me like it was in the mid to late 60's.
