Yep, Iowa and Southern Illinois are a lot more densely populated than the Great Plains of the Dakotas, Nebraska and eastern Colorado. And Michigan, Ohio and Indiana are also more densely populated...
Ponds Apts was already over 75% black in 2000 from the looks of it though [[and about 90% now in 2010).
