we have drove to Chicago for a one day business trips many times. I do prefer to drive but don't necessarily have the time to take off of work. I do hate flying,it has become a miserable experience.

La Dolce Vita has a beautiful outdoor bar/garden. Great place to go on a nice summer night to have drinks, and listen to music.
