Whatever it is??? that area is ripe for development and has some beautiful views of the river. I used to put my little rowboat into the canal right at the foot of the Alter Rd bridge next to that first house on Riverside Dr [[built in 1905!) Its amazing its still standing and in near pristine condition. I hope someone will build on the the old Trailer Park site, maybe Tommys will reopen and start selling sliders and shakes again:cool:.
