If you would like to give a grant to Wayne for one or all of those studies, no one is stopping you. Many universities in Michigan and in the US, have European, Latin and Hispanic, Arab and Middle Eastern, Asian, and Eastern European and Slavic studies programs. Such a crock response to an innocuous program, but what else do we expect from you?

Uh, I think you have that exactly backwards. What Richard said was clearly the exact opposite of racism.

Here, read it again carefully.

I can't think of any upside of this program [other than more money for professors and administrators], and it may prove harmful to students. First it has the potential for division, and more importantly, it will saddle many with student debt for a degree that has very low income potential.

I thought that the only Historically Black College in Michigan, the former
Lewis College, was in the process of merging in some sense with the
former College for Creative Studies.
