^^^^ He is the President of the United States. He has been saying the wrong things, out of context, with the wrong words about nearly everything for the last 3+ years. By now he should be getting better instead of worse at it. I truly believe he either has dementia or Alzheimers and should not be in office. The head of any Fortune 500 company who had said the type of crap he has would have been given a bonus and sent home by now.
