That's a brand-spanking-new DAC building, of course, having just been completed in 1915. The DAC moved there from their original clubhouse and athletic field on Woodward north of downtown, which would be the future site of Convention Hall and Vernor's [[now WSU University Tower dorm and Studio One Apartments).
One feature of this photo is that you can glimpse in the background the long-gone Cross St., with the only visible horse in the picture and what looks like an open limo parked on it.
