Many years ago there were plans to move the Michigan State Fair to East Lansing to highlight MSU's agricultural program. East Lansing is more centrally located for a state-wide fair which could highlight agriculture, horticulture and animals. Novi has more room than the Silverdome and just might work and there is plenty of parking and space for amusements and rides.
