Marvin and Louise Morris become the victim of Alan Greenspan's 'You can own a bank' by using subprime mortage schemes. I'm not looking forward to owning a home permanently. I'm just to stay renting and leasing a home and condo or rent by co-option to buy without using loans from a bank.
All of my Street Prophets including the Ghettoman NEVER buy a home anywhere. We move from place to place like nomads. There is no such thing is staying put in your town just move on when things get good ot worse.
