    Agree. Just noticed the original tile in the bathroom and I'm liking the sofa stashed in the basement!

    There is a house very much like this in my neighborhood. I'll have to compare the two.

    Houses similar in design in the 11-12mile/Mound-Ryan area as well. Always liked those too.

    Actually designed by Leinweber, Yamasaki & Hellmuth. Joseph Leinweber specialized in small commercial/residential buildings. So how much of this building is a true Yamasaki design is debatable.
