In Detroit we have un/der-employed college grads, skilled blue collar workers, inexpensive housing, and vacant commercial space.

We often notice the lack of services in Detroit.
Most of the people on this site, myself included, are quick to point to what Detroit does have because we love Detroit.
Sometimes that love for Detroit comes out as hoping for specific things in the D; coffee shops, yoga studios, cheese shops, etc.
Many of those ideas to an extent are not reflective of the aggregate three mile radius buying power in Detroit. [[money density)

I read an inspiring news article and I wanted to share it with you all.

Notice the pricings for Naked pizzas.
The prices are very competitive with Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, and the other pizza chains; perhaps with the exclusion of Little Ceasers.

Detroit does get a quick mention in the article.

In all, I wanted to communicate that there is space for price competitive versions of the services and offerings we want to see in Detroit.
