Does anybody know who owns the building. or who manages the property? I've been having a dickens of a time finding out.

I am looking to set up a small interactive art installment to gauge reactions and need to get permission.

I believe the building is subdivided into office condos with each company owning their own suite. There are approximately 295 separate parcels associated with that address according to the Wayne County Treasurer's website.
