Pick up an informational packet on the neighborhood and a listing of homes for sale that will be open for viewing. View presentations of the neighborhood. Talk with city assessor on tax abatement for new residents. Take Shuttle Bus Tours of the neighborhood featuring amenities and some of the homes for sale. Make self-guided visits of Open Houses home listings that are for sale

I heard it was a big hit, lots of interest by people outside the city.

GREAT! It's a beautiful set of neighborhoods and one, if not THE largest historic district by number of resources in the city.

Didn't know that is is the largest with the number of resources, the district must be generating a good amount of revenue.

I'm not sure what you mean by "resources". Can you clarify, please?

A resource is an individual structure, building, object or other item contributing to an historic district. In Rosedale Park, the resources are houses. On Belle Isle, they're not only buildings like the conservatory and the aquarium, it also includes structures like the Scott fountain and the Bridge. Historic railroad train cars count as objects.

    From Wikipedia:

    "
The Rosedale Park Historic District is a historic district located in Detroit, Michigan. It is roughly bounded by Fenkell, Outer Drive, Grand River Avenue, Southfield Freeway, Glastonbury Street, Lyndon Street and Westwood Drive.[1] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.[1] The Rosedale Park district has the largest number of individual properties of any district nominated to the National Register of Historic Places in Michigan, with 1533.[2]
The district contains primarily brick houses, and was largely developed from the late 1920s through the 1940s."
