Default Pack of dogs on E. Jefferson and Terminal...can someone help?

At three different times today I saw what appeared to be a pack of 5 med/lg dogs chilling on the lawn at the corner of Terminal and E. Jefferson...this is in the fenced lot adjacent to the connors creek pumping station and across from jeff north assembly.

anyway thought someone on here would know how to help them out, if possible...
maybe this is a false alarm and these guys are security...

And if they get picked up dont they generally get put to sleep?

If their not bothering anyone let sleeping dogs lay.

Yeah, I'll second that. If they're not in distress, or vicious, give them a break. Its a cruel world out there...let 'em chill.
