Default Could anyone direct me to midsize-large scale urban farms in Detroit?

Hi DetroitYes, I was wondering if anyone can help me find a website or know of any midsize to large scale urban farms in the city. If there are any at all? I want to work at one for the summer and summarize my experience working one on a blog hopefully. If anyone can direct me or know a site where I can find one that would be great, thanks DYes.

That is not a farm. That is a garden. You can walk around the whole place in a minute.

Urban farming is going to bring Detroit back! That, and the artist community.

Funny, they call it an urban farm. Did you even read the link before you dismissed it?

And how would you answer his question?

You are correct that it is called a Farm - but, as a sometime volunteer, I would certainly charactorize it as a market garden. The poster asked about mid-size to large urban farms and the Earthworks [[which started out being called a garden) is what - an acre-and-a-half?
