    Default Bob Probert Memorial Ride

Not sure if your papers over there are advertising this.

Led by Chelios, this memorial motorcycle ride this June, will start at the Joe, cross the boarder and wind thru Windsor / Essex county. I bet it follows hwy 18 along the river and Lake Erie, which is a great drive.
This is to raise money for Hotel-Dieu's angioplasty program. I know it doesn't help your hospitals, but it still helps people in general.

So if you've been itching to get on your bike and take a nice cruise.........

Yeah, a good cause, BUT, Bob Probert Ride? Gimme a break. A failed, drug addled pugilist whose only claim to fame was excessive violence and stupidity - getting busted coming through the border. I guess it's one way to put all those aged baby boomers and their excessively expensive biker gang harleys and apparel to good use.
