    Default Blueprint America: Beyond the Motor City [[PBS)

    I haven't watched it yet, but a friend sent it to me and said it was pretty good. It's a little long though [[1 hour and 26 minutes).

    I watched it last night and learned a few things about Detroit that I hadn't known.
    Some of it was looking through rose-colored glasses as when they had the animation of the train speeding past the blighted building and the building miraculously being renovated after the train passed though.
    The part showing the last ride of the trolleys was sad. We are now so entrenched in the system of automobiles that I wonder how we could move beyond that.
