    I think I've seen every one of them also. They have become so cliché. We're not dead yet.

    One of the pictures in their slide show is from the Fort Shelby, pre-renovation.

    And Broderick Tower is under renovation yet there are two or three pics from there too...

    It's always a pet peeve of mine when people throw in pictures of buildings that were abandoned before the 1990s and say "look at what the economic decline has done!" Most of Detroit's abandonment has nothing to do with the most recent economic recession.

    Yawn......... And the same type of idiot comments following the article-- I thought I was reading the "freep" there for a bit! Oh yeah, the "Sun" well, never mind.

    When I read "The Sun" that's about all I needed to know. It's a Rupert Murdoch trashy tabloid just like his Post out of NYC. It's simply not a respectable or reputable news source.

    It seems the Brits love to rag on Detroit for some reason. It's not just the tabloids like the Sun, but the BBC and the more "upscale" papers do it too.

    I wonder why?
