Unfortunately, there isn't even a glass. After decades of hopes nothing has materialized. The census shows that the downward spiral is accelerating. After 55 years of decline you would think something good would have happened by now. I have just given up.

One does take note of all the doom and gloom that is in your face daily but on the other hand the silver lining is there and lots of positive things happening that do show moving forward.
