    CC, you're just everywhere, aren't you? You're downright prolific. You msut be many people all wrapped up in to one. You all must mean socialize corporate and military losses and privatize corporate and military profits. That's the only socialism that exists in this country.

    *GENERIC RESPONSE TO CC POST*

    ccbatson, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this thread is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

    Medicare/medicaid, Social security, Welfare....and on, and on...You don't consider these socialized government programs?

    In a word, No. But this thread is not about socialism or your, or anyone's opinion thereof. /end of threadjack

    If economic blues are the result of socialism bankrupting our economy, then it is very much a central part of this topic and thread.

    Back on thread-

    Two Trillion Tons [[to the tune of 16 tons)

    Obama got elected, now there is no end;
    The Democrats wanna tax and spend,
    Tax and spend us into bankruptcy,
    With a tax-cheat runnin’ our Treasury.

    You spend two trillion bucks, and what do you get?
    No recovery but deeper in debt.
    St. Peter better call me ‘fore it’s too late;
    I owe my soul to the welfare state!

    Obama is a leftist, as he can’t deny;
    ‘Govern from the center,’ was a great big lie.
    Karl Marx Manifesto is his playbook,
    And you and me soon will be on the hook.

    You spend two trillion bucks, in unsecured cash;
    Soon the dollar will be pure trash.
    Our bond holders we have to appease;
    We owe our soul to the Red Chinese.

    Obama and his people are makin’ a mess,
    Bernanke’s fired up the printing press,
    Printin’ money that don’t exist,
    No wonder America is gettin’ [[peeved?)

    You spend two trillion bucks,
    They ain’t done yet!
    Obama and Pelosi are pilin’ up the debt.
    I work hard for the money, this I don’t deserve…
    We owe our souls to the Federal Reserve!

    Daily news giving more and stronger evidence of Obama's socialist agenda hasn't convinced you yet?

    CC, Aren't you a doctor? Do you practice medicine on humans? Do you accept Medicare patients, or are they unworthy of your skills because they get assistance from the government?

    CC, are you sure you aren't about 75 years old and live near Columbus, OH, because I swear you're my brother in law. He see's socialism around every corner, too.

    Once again...if a coercive government monopoly is in force, citizens have no choice other than to work towards political change to disassemble it

    As I type this you have a dozen posts here in a row. I think many of us might wonder if this is all you do.

    Don't worry everything is good you can get Pepsi and Mountain DEW with real sugar. But you know I don't like having the Government up my ass into everything I do, say,consume, etc.And I don't like my tax money being passed out left and right to everything and anything. I myself have never looked at Obama as the savior, But I grew to think of Bush as a puppet like I am begining to think that Obama is becoming a fast puppet hisself.Yeah things are pretty much snafu and I myself can't answer any question that would make any sense.Yeah change is good if it benefits you. I myself would be pissed if I got sacked from my job any job while the man who promised change was in office.This last election was in my opinion a total joke. Sarah Palin and what ever the hell she was wearing that day, Obama born a US citizen or not? all kinds of crap. The only change I see myself is that things have gotten worse. I know give the Man time, But tell that to the people who are gonna be homeless, are homeless. From what I see and hear is alot of bashing of the Autoworkers, Actully I myself can bitch about one myself, Yet when I look around at Detroit. Like it , or hate It, WE ARE THE MOTOR CITY. If not for the Auto alot of us would not even be here.Sure things might have been different if the auto wasn't the mainplayer here. Sure you wouldn't have the gasses from the cars, then you would have joggers bitching about the horse shit in the streets. Hell everyone round here can sing the blues, But something needs to be done and soon.

    Our auto industry is broke
    Neighbors livelihoods going up in smoke
    The unemployed and homeless may find it might be better to croak
    If their stress does not kill them first in a series of strokes

    Mile after mile of boarded up buildings
    In the hoods there are drug related killings
    Abandoned homes whose yards once had barbecue grillings
    Foreclosed now because of unpaid mortgage billings

    Detroit once was hailed as the city of trees
    Now it has streets strewn with trash stirred up by the breeze
    The MCS and other large buildings await the wrecking ball
    Stark reminders of times when the city stood tall

    The rest of the US looks at Motown with wonder
    How did the city get so torn asunder
    Was it a result of government blunder?
    Or was it because so many local businesses went under?

    Now the economic destruction is extending far and wide
    There will be no place for anyone to hide
    And hope to wait out the enveloping tide
    The entire country will soon be going along for the ride
    And it won't be in our "cars" that they so snidely deride.
