Building next to Vincente's downtown

Maybe I missed this somewhere, but anybody know what is happening to this building [[I believe Cafe de Troit was in here)? I haven't had a chance to get near it, but have looked at it from Woodward a few times. The whole building is now basically covered with tarp and appears to be having a lot of work done to it.
