Impeachment is part of the constitution and is seen as an essential section to protect the people. The Founding Fathers meant that impeachment should be used for violation of a President’s misuse of authority. Presidential misdemeanours can be impeached, as well as crimes.

A grave offense by the president would allow for the impeachment process. Has there been a obstruction of justice by the president? The second volume of the Mueller Report indicates that an inquiry should be instigated into Donald Trump’s presidency and impeachment considered.
