This one hits pretty close to home. I've watched numerous documentaries about cities and countries privatizing their water resources and the outcome is always bad.
Follow this path, do some research with an open mind and be afraid, be very afraid of the outcome.
Restricting the source of water to anyone on this planet for any reason should be scrutinized very carefully. It shouldn't happen. If we need to make concessions, and we probably do, it shouldn't be done with the water source.
