We all hear about Detroit properties going for $200. Anyone know if this is just happening through the COD Property Auction? I understand one auction is in Sept and one is in Oct. but Im looking for cheap property right now, actually Im looking for someone else overseas. Looking for anything under $1000.
Any help would be great.
