Shiver is fun.. a chance to see the inside of the aquarium, the Boat Club, the Casino. Even the Coast Guard Station is open to visitors.

The Detroit Yacht Club will also be open for guided tours at predetermined times. You can sign up at the DYC booth at the Belle Isle Casino.

Dave and I are planning to head over to Belle Isle. It will be so nice to get out for the day!! Hope to see some other DYes'rs there.

Be sure to stop by the Nature Zoo and visit the greyhounds. The Belle Isle Camera club also has a nice exhibit. It's been interesting watching the improvements made at the Nature Zoo and it gets better every year. Kudos to the Detroit Zoo for their efforts.

Hey, LD!! Nice to see you...sorry we couldn't hang around longer and chat.

It was so snowy beautiful on the island today!! Absolutely breathtaking as we drove around and through the island avenues.

The tour of the Detroit Yacht Club was terrific! The Coast Guard Station was a treat...sorry we missed the rescue demonstration. Enjoyed our brief visits to both the Aquarium and the Conservatory. Will be back next year!!
