    Looks like TechTwo and Three rennovations are coming real soon. I would think some residential development in the immediate area could be successful...Wayne State needs a hotel/conference development to aid TechTown especially the "soft landing" program the article mentions [[wasn't a university hotel the plan for where Utrechts and Radioshack used to be right by Warren and Woodward?)

    The St. Regis should be utilized, under new management.
    There is absolutely no reason to build yet another hotel in this city.
    It would be nice if WSU renovated the old criminal justice building on Cass too.

    They did. It is now a police station for WSU Police....
