    Oh yeah...but seriously, note that this is not new...the person in question died over 100 years ago.

    And by "this", I presume you mean the Democratic party that:

    *promoted expansion of enslaved servitude
    *seceded the Southern states from the United States of America
    *violently opposed Reconstruction, even those of their philosophy lost the War
    *fought publicly funded education as a waste of money
    *believed in an economy based on free labor of many for the benefit of a lucky few

    Because that's sure as shit the Democratic party to which the tombstone refers.

    Socialism is slavery...so, yes, Democrats [[today are promoting expansion of enslaved servitude.

    They have moved on from seceding, to taking it all over.

    They are violently opposing economic recovery via individual freedom.

    They are fighting free market based education now.

    Socialism/Marxism is, at it's heart, a tyrannical system where the few tyrants benefit from the toil of the masses.

    Yep...same party.
