    Default How would Bings election affect the Watermark project?

    I know that no one expects any progress to be made with this project in the near future.

    But if he's elected, would it make it more or less likely for the project to eventually happen?

    Would the project have to forfeit the $700k loan it got from the city due to a conflict of interest?
