Try a scuba shop. I was told to go to one to get a nitrous bottle re-certified.

Try Smith Welding on Selden between 2nd and 3rd. The name of the business may have changed but they still go by Smith last time I was there. Good folks.

They have always worked with me in the past when I brought in out of date tanks and sometimes tanks that were not even theirs. They would trade my old one for one of their new ones but I always got my tanks through them, they knew they had my business.
