Default Who's writing about Detroit's real estate?

Thought you guys would be able to help me with this project I'm working on. I'm trying to collect a list of journalists that are known for writing about Detroit's commercial real estate & redevelopment. I've got Daniel Duggan over at Crain's and John Gallagher at the Free Press, but was wondering whether any other names pop out as writers with a tendency to discuss the latest goings on in the commercial and retail industry... I'm taking office, hospitality, retail, etc.

Just got back to the city after a 4 year hiatus... this site was my first "go to" for the latest news of the city's comeback! Wishing everyone a safe and happy X-Mas

Louis Aguilar in the Detroit News. I've met him; good guy, good reporter, but he's on a leave until April or so.

Dan Austin comes to mind. Has a new book out and was discussing the new deal to develop the Broderick on Craig Fahle Show today.
