    Looks like the same use to me nothing in the article says anything about a new use. It would probably make great mini-apartments.

    we'll see.. if the deal falls through, there may be backlash about african-american entrepreneurs trying to do business in the city..

    Yeah, Frank Taylor REALLY had a problem getting loans from the DEGC.
