Mary Waters Gets Her Comeuppance

Mary Waters house is in foreclosure. She hasn't made a payment on her mortgage in nearly 18 months. Ms. Waters is trying to appeal her guilty verdict that she agreed to as part of a plea deal. She pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge and was given one years' probation. Ms. Waters also owes the IRS nearly $25,000.
