Sign Language Man on Davison

Any one else see him? On my way to work sometimes there is a guy making animated gestures to traffic at the corner of Dexter and Davison. Is he signing religious phrases or something?

Could be the deaf dude that hits me up for money outside the bar? Shows me a small sheet of paper saying that he's deaf and needs fifty cents for the bus.

I have seen this person on numerous occasions at said intersection.Probably one of the people who have fallen through the cracks in the great mental health system the state has foisted onto the counties.He seems harmless as he gestures to the cars and trucks that pass him.He probably would have made a great traffic cop,directing traffic at downtown intersections.All he needs is a whistle and a uniform.......
