Building on Woodward near Grand River

Does anyone know about the project for the building at 1499 Woodward [[second building north of Grand River)? It has new scafoling along with a J C Beal construction sign. There are a couple more J C Beal construction signs at other buildings along Woodward, but I not sure how long they been there.
Is there news about this buiding or any potential comerical use that I missed.?

JC Beal is rehabbing that building for its PRIME DEVELOPMENT OPPOTUNITY. The storefront was severly damage by water, flooding and black mold. However no one is interested to set up shop at the Woodward Business Corridor for the fancy shops like the ones at Grosse Pointes, Royal Oak, Ferndale and Birmingham. Start off the mom and pop businesses and then the real corporate businesses comes in.
