How can one of the best public squares in America not support a resturant? Something either is seriously wrong with the list, or Mr. Jackson, or the City's permiting process. Unless it has been scrapped ... why is it still empty?

There are plenty of restraunts close-by that seem to be doing well. I would think that the restraunt has issues because it is poorly run or is not a good value.
