Work on building in New Center?

I noticed that there has been some ongoing work at the white two story building at Grand Boulevard and Hastings.

They've removed the windows and have begun framing new ones.

Anyone know what's going on?

Plenty of buildings in the area are being loftized. Maybe this is another one?

I can only think of three buildings in that area that are now lofts:

Milwaukee Park Lofts
Chap Lofts
Hasting St. Ballroom [[or something like that)

Are there more?

If I only knew how to get my hands on one of those buildings, I would live in it in a heartbeat. Well, maybe after I do a bit of cleaning...
