Default Help fill in to gaps of the map of Detroit

There are so many buildings unnamed on the map op Wikimapia. I registered there today and started inserting information of current buildings and buidlings no longer with us. |The map itself is pretty up to date. The Lafayette buidling is already gone in this picture.

you could do the same! Especially the carpark need to be identified. Let everyone know what has been lost on a given location.

The Water Board Building is still there, but now it is surrounded by parking lots rather than small retail with apartments over the top.

I worked in the Water Board Building for the Detroit City Bureau of Expressway Design in 1961 as a "Junior Civil Engineer". I maxed the civil service exam for the position.
