Default Vinewood buildings, north of Toledo

Does anyone know what is going on at the abandoned warehouse-like buildings north of Toledo and east of Vinewood. Looks like they are putting up new windows on the lower floors and I've seen all kinds of trucks in the back. I have pictures of them on my computer I will try to post later.

    Lofts.

I was in there around in spring. There was frames on all the floors for drywall. But the site looked sort of like it was stalled though. I was amazed to find the framing on the upper floors because the first floor looked pretty hit up and dirty. So has there been progress made?

There is already two building next door with lofts so these ones are probably the same developer... Boydell Group

I would really like to see the pictures of the Vinewood building. Kefallinos [[Boydell) owns a building in my neighborhood at Antietam and Rivard [[Old Wayne State Shapiro Hall) and I see lots of trucks and cars around it. It's hard to tell what is going on at this stage - I don't know if the building is being stripped or rehabbed.

Boydell evidently doesn't even have a website! This was all I could find about them: http://www.rateitall.com/i-286212-bo...t-company.aspx

    Check out:

http://dionysiaproperties.com/ [[The site that has info on all of his properties)

If I recall correctly, someone was interested in buying all of his buildings south of the train viaduct. That might be why he is sprucing them up. Either that or he is trying to take advantage of the cheap labor before it leaves MI. I know his tactics from experience - I used to live in one of his buildings..

Interestingly enough, there is no contact info on the Dionysia sit in case one wants to buy a property.. That is really effective!!
