Anyone know what the extra security presence is doing at the city/county building? A couple mobile command units, armored truck, mounted sherrifs, 2 fire trucks, and an ems....Sept 11 thing perhaps?

Actually, I heard about some kind of nationwide emergency preparedness drill/exercise today in conjunction with FEMA.
