We just might be able to tie the whole Military Industrial Complex into one RICO challenge...this time including the Legislative branch of government, like President Eisenhower wanted to originally do in his famous exit speech.

Only NOW, after they've had forty years or so to tilt things in their favor...we need to include the judicial and executive branches, and ALL non-balanced agencies spawned and funded by one or more of these arms of government...and military/pioneering.

We might have to expand the verbiage of current laws to include a wider definition of accessible time and space, too. Multiverse-ality, so to speak.

I have a confession to make. For the past four years, I've been hiding behind the assumed identity of "Bearinabox" for the purposes of participating on this board. Aside from the apparently illegal arms purchase in North Carolina, I don't really see what of value is revealed by the story. This was interesting but not unexpected:

“We have a rapidly growing, worldwide network of folks that can do everything from surveillance to ground truth to disruption operations,” Mr. Prado wrote in the October 2007 message, in which he asked another Blackwater official whether the Drug Enforcement Administration might be interested in using the spy network. “These are all foreign nationals,” he added, “so deniability is built in and should be a big plus.”
