I traveled quite a bit on the job before I retired. In the 1980s, I had to visit Rock Island Arsenal. I was staying in a hotel in Moline, IL. I went to a mall after dinner and i have never seen such stressed out people. Moline's agricultural and construction machinery industries were closing up shop.
