Did City Council meet again this afternoon to vote on the Aramark deal for Cobo?

It's amazing to see that after blowing the Cobo deal, by not talking to City Council sooner, the mayor would wait until there were only two business days left before the biggest catered event of the year to submit a contract to City Council. And, as hard as it is to believe, he's actually going with the same guy, Kalvin Kado, that bribed the previous Cobo Directors, with a no bid, no Request For Proposals [[RFP) contract. Isn't it illegal to award contracts that way.

I guess he doesn't need John Clark to make a dirty deal,
