Anyone teaching at a charter school? What is the lowest to highest pay scale?

As a rule, charter districts tend to pay less than traditional school districts, but it kinda depends. For example, the charter school I work for pays significantly less than DPS, but I know of other charter districts that pay salaries which are comaprable to what you would find in most traditional districts.
