Default No online public record look up for Detroit?

Oakland County has Oakland County Court Explorer; Macomb County has Macomb County Courtview. Is there one for Detroit? If not, how do you get public record information?

I tried looking it up for Wayne County last year. I saw somewhere an explanation that Wayne County could not keep it updated in a proper fashion. Their computer system either not able to have enough power to log the information, they do not have personnel able to do the job. Too much info to enter, and record keeping to hard to handle. Heard a lot of excuses. I think I might have read this in the freep or the News. But I heard it somewhere.

I saw that Wayne Registrar of Deeds has search available. Other than that and DBA's not that much.

They have been behind the times for years.
You'd think they were a third world city sometimes.
