I don't but there was a great article in Hour magazine about a guy on Howard & the Blvd. putting a pub in his basement . I cant remember which issue.

There has been a lot of chatter about developments in Southwest Detroit. It shares many problems with Detroit, crime, poverty etc. However there is a stronger sense of community in the area than many other parts of Detroit.
