Parkour in Michigan

Parkour is "the Art of Movement" and made somewhat popular in movies like District B13 and Casino Royale, a James Bond movie from a few years ago.
The Michigan Parkour Club which practices in a concrete courtyard at the School of Dentistry at the University of Michigan takes on obstacles head on that you & I would just as easily want to walk around.

It's a great workout as well and best of all it's free you just have to find the right place to do it.

The location seems appropriate considering the possible results if someone fails to stick the landing.

LOL!! That's what they guy Nate said when I was interviewing him on camera. I had to try not to laugh when he said it because I was rolling and would of heard my laughter in the video.
