Anyone know what is going on with the building on
Lafayette at 14th, across from the Comerica Bank?
Looks like all new windows, and someone was working inside.

Its gotta be either a Boydell property or a Manuel Maroun property....

Just an educated guess, but its probably much more likely to be a Boydell property if there is work going on there. They just recently converted the "Fort Street Lofts" on Fort across from the Salvation Army center, just a few blocks down from the building in question here.
