Default University of Michigan goes into space

It is 60 below zero at 97,000 feet but University of Michigan students studying aerospace don't mind. With a payload of scientific instruments and video cameras they launched a weather balloon into near space late last week.

Many of these students will go on to design and engineer satellites for NASA, Boeing and Lockheed-Martin but until then they learn, test and find out how hard it is to launch, chase and recover a balloon after it explodes in near space and returns to earth

Hey, I just go out and try to find interesting stories that make for good videos for people to watch on TV and the web.
I have no idea about the job industry in aerospace like apparently you do but after spending two days with these students it was amazing watching and shooting them launch something into space and it come back all under $600

I had two friends who were in aerospace engineering at U of M and found jobs right away, and are doing well.
